1. Anyone living in Copford & Easthorpe is welcome to enter the scarecrow competition.
2. To participate, entrants must submit completed registration forms before 28 August.
3. You may enter more than one scarecrow
4. Scarecrows must be on display no later than 28 August to be included in the judging and the earli
5. Minimum height of 1m for Family/ Business entries
6. All scarecrows must be built from scratch by the entrant (no commercial creations allowed)
7. You can use any materials you like to build your scarecrow, there are no restrictions..
8. All Scarecrows must be made and displayed in good taste.
9. Scarecrows should be placed in a safe location and should be clearly visible from the road.
10. Owners are held solely responsible for the safety and security of their scarecrow(s).
11. All scarecrows should be constructed to consider the prospect of the Great British weather.
12. They must also be secured in a manner that they will not blow away and not be a danger to anyone
